The hotel offered a mixed experience with dated and dirty rooms that actually suited our needs. The basic rooms lacked wardrobe space and had inconvenient amenities for disabled individuals. The self-catering aspect fell short. The service, however, was enjoyable with fun team activities and friendly staff. The location required taxis for certain outings, and the dining experience was subpar for English tastes. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel provided engaging activities and proximity to shops and a shopping center.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were fresh, clean, and the linens were changed daily upon request. It was located on the opposite side of the road, known as 'the relaxation part of the hotel', away from the Sun City Apartments. The air conditioning was available at an extra cost. However, some aspects could be improved.
The hotel had very nice and clean rooms; however, they were quite basic with limited wardrobe space. The maids always made an effort and were polite. The air conditioning and safe came at an extra cost, which was a bit inconvenient, especially for guests with mobility difficulties.

The staff members were a mix of helpful and rude, but overall attentive. The restaurant offered decent meals but nothing exceptional. The rooms were basic with some inconveniences but had self-catering amenities, ideal for a getaway with friends.
