The hotel offered a mixed experience with dated and dirty rooms that actually suited our needs. The basic rooms lacked wardrobe space and had inconvenient amenities for disabled individuals. The self-catering aspect fell short. The service, however, was enjoyable with fun team activities and friendly staff. The location required taxis for certain outings, and the dining experience was subpar for English tastes. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel provided engaging activities and proximity to shops and a shopping center.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were fresh, clean, and the linens were changed daily upon request. It was located on the opposite side of the road, known as 'the relaxation part of the hotel', away from the Sun City Apartments. The air conditioning was available at an extra cost. However, some aspects could be improved.
